Comprehensive legal policies and platform guidelines
Veel Scenepacks is a non-commercial editing community built by creators, for creators. We specialize in creating, cutting, and curating 4K scenepacks from film, TV, and sports content for transformative use by editors around the world.
All scenepacks available on this site are created, edited, and uploaded by our team. Users are only allowed to download and use our content for personal, non-commercial creative editing. Users do not have upload, edit, or redistribution permissions.
We understand and respect the rights of content owners. If you are the owner of copyrighted content featured in our scenepacks and believe we've included your work in a way you don't approve of — please reach out to us first.
We're happy to discuss your concerns directly and, if necessary, remove or revise content upon reasonable request. This saves everyone time, energy, and legal costs.
Talk to us before lawyering up.
We're creators too. We get it. We're open to respectful conversations.
But if you'd still prefer to go the legal route...
If you are a copyright holder (or authorized agent) and still wish to submit a DMCA takedown notice, we'll review your request as long as it meets all the legal requirements listed below.
We will forward valid takedown notices to the uploader (i.e. our internal team) and may, at our sole discretion, remove content or links. This does not mean we're admitting liability — it just means we're being cooperative.
Please note: Veel Scenepacks does not host files on its own servers. We only provide direct download links. If you're seeking takedown from a third-party host, you'll need to contact them directly.
To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include:
Our scenepacks are:
These factors align with the principles of fair use under most copyright laws, including U.S. and Indian law. Our editors remove large portions of content, isolate visual or dialogue elements, and transform them into new creative works intended for editing, not redistribution.
Veel Scenepacks explicitly does not promote or support piracy.
No full-length films, TV episodes, or sports broadcasts are hosted or distributed. Our content is fragmented, edited, and altered, made purely for transformative editing purposes.
Veel Scenepacks operates under the jurisdiction of Indian law, and adheres to Indian copyright regulations. All legal claims, disputes, or actions related to this platform must be addressed to the Gujarat High Court in Ahmedabad, India.
Submitting fake or abusive legal claims?
Expect counterclaims. We take abuse of the DMCA process seriously and will protect our rights.
All scenepacks are created and uploaded by the Veel Scenepacks team.
Users may only download content for personal editing use.
We do not allow uploads or edits from users.
We do not host files — we provide direct links to third-party file hosting platforms.
Veel Scenepacks acts as an indexing platform, similar to search engines.
We are not responsible for:
We believe our work helps promote original content by:
Driving interest and appreciation for the source material
Inspiring viewers to watch the full original work
Encouraging creativity and fan engagement
Expanding reach — especially for niche or older titles
This is similar to what happens on platforms like YouTube — but more curated and respectful.
